Refund/Return Policy
Any graphics we create for your business are owned by you. Once you hire us for design work, any work we create is immediately owned by you and cannot be returned/rejected for a refund.
All hourly projects require deposits (approx. 50% of the estimated total).
If you are dissatisfied with the hourly work that we do, we are happy to refund you the un-used portion of your deposit minus 20%. This 20% covers our time we spent to do estimates and meetings to help bring your project to life. We clock all our hours with a timer. Once we start clocking time on a project, some of the deposit has been used and therefore cannot be refunded. If you decide to stop a project at any time, we'll refund you the portion of your deposit that has not been used.
Flat fee projects are non-refundable once work has begun. If you paid a deposit for a flat fee service and we have not begun design work yet but have begun research work, you may request a deposit refund minus 20%. If you paid a deposit for a flat fee service and we have not begun any work on the project outside of the contract and proposal, you may request a refund minus 10%.
Refunds can be made in either account credit, checks or credit card / PayPal refunds.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel a project at any time. Please note that you may not qualify for a full refund if we have begun work on your project. See refund paragraph above for details.
Delivery / Shipping Policy
All products and services created by Goddess Design are delivered over the Internet. If you'd like a full backup of your website and/or print designs on DVD, we can create that for you for a $10 fee. Any large file delivery such as banners or booklets, will be delivered either via DVD or a large file sharing 3rd party software such as YouSendIt. If you order products such as T-Shirts or printed products from one of our 3rd party vendors you must comply with their shipping policies. See our resources page for specific vendor details.
